MIPLA Holiday Party 2024: A Night of Community and Giving Back ❄️

Last night, MIPLA members gathered at Café Lurcat for our annual Holiday Party. The beautiful venue provided a wonderful setting for an evening of celebration with colleagues and friends.
Daniel the Violinist provided excellent musical entertainment throughout the evening, creating a festive atmosphere that everyone enjoyed.
A highlight of the night was the meaningful address from Cheryl Thomas, Founding Director of Global Rights for Women (GRW). She spoke about GRW's mission to advance the human rights of women and girls worldwide to live free from violence. Since 2014, GRW has made a significant impact, partnering with organizations globally and positively affecting the lives of more than 65 million women through improved laws, policies, and practices.
We are thrilled to share that Global Rights for Women has reported raising $1,697.50, which includes the annual MIPLA gift. Your generosity will support GRW's vital work in advancing human rights and making a difference in the lives of women and girls worldwide.
