Join us for a CLE on the intersection of Trademark Law and the First Amendment.  It is free to MIPLA members and law students and available to others for a small registration fee.


This event features songs and insights of our special guest speaker Simon Tam, founder and bassist of The Slants, who took his trademark fight all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, and won!
