The Unified Patent Court and System

Tune in as Dave Clark of Potter Clarkson will cover an introduction to the Unitary Patent Court and System. This presentation will focus on the somewhat urgent matter of opting out of the UPC and what you may wish to convey to your clients, as the UPS as a whole. We are planning on one hour of presentation with a Q&A session at the end.
