Join MIPLA and the ChIPs Twin Cities Chapter for a family-friendly ice-cream happy hour with the woman-owned ice cream truck "Minnesota Nice Cream" held at a beautiful park that is fun for grownups and kids alike!
Snacks and beverages will be provided. You are invited to pack a picnic, pick up dinner, or take a couple of hours off and go early with your kids to make the most of the complimentary amenities Central Park of Maple Grove offers. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

Phenow pavilion is an elegant and modern building with a 2100 sq. ft. plaza in front that has an interactive fountain to play in, a great playground, seating indoors or outdoors, nice bathrooms, a compact footprint, close parking, and much more.
